Our relationship with American Computer Enterprises Inc. (ACE) began in January, 2004. Being a small company with no IT staff, we needed a network consulting company that could support us and grow, as our company grew. From the beginning, ACE has been our technology partner and their expertise continues to be an essential part of planning, working towards, and reaching our company’s networking and technology goals.
In our situation, ACE’s ACEPak solution works well. We know we have hours available each month for routine maintenance and repair of equipment and I can easily reach someone who will help prioritize issues and rescue us, over and over again. We also are able to utilize the flexibility of working on projects and maintenance after hours, if necessary, so ordinary business is not disrupted.
Another advantage of an ACE partnership is project planning and implementation. ACE has helped us plan and implement expansion of our servers, VPN connections, server replacements, wireless access, time clock installation and Internet security. In addition, they have been essential in setting up a solid backup plan, including external hard disk backups and server redundancy in our N. Alabama office.
Philip and his team at ACE are consistently highly competent and professional. When we interviewed ACE four years ago, we said we needed a company to take care of us proactively. We soon realized we had found just that, and more.
